The filtering aspect of the Covenant Eyes software gives users the ability to designate a filter guardian, who has the ability to:
- Adjust the user's age-based filter sensitivity level
- Set time of day blocking parameters for users
- Add specific websites to the user's Allow and Block lists and
- Give the user override rights to override blocking on certain sites the filter guardian deems acceptable
